Due to the specialty and limited nature of our merchandise, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please inspect your items at pickup. Once merchandise leaves the store, it is considered accepted.

📦 In-Store Pickup Only
All purchases must be picked up in Gainesville, Texas at our retail location inside Famous Floors & More.
• Pickup is available during regular business hours only.
• We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time.
• Orders must be picked up within 14 days of purchase.
• Unclaimed orders after 14 days may be returned to inventory without refund.
If you have questions about pickup timing, please contact us before purchasing.

💳 Payment Policy
• Payment is required in full at time of purchase.
• Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We accept approved payment methods listed at checkout.

• A 3% surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments to cover processing fees.

🀄 Mahjong Merchandise Disclaimer
Many of our mahjong sets and accessories are specialty or limited releases.
• Tile and accessory colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.
• Opened tile sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We are not responsible for manufacturer defects once items leave the store.

🎟️ Classes & Event Registration
• All class, lesson, and event registrations are non-refundable.
• Transfers may be allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• No-shows forfeit their registration fee.
Because space is limited, we are unable to make exceptions.

🎁 Gift Cards
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

✔️ Right to Refuse Service
Dot & Bam reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

📸 Photo & Media Policy
During classes or events, photos and videos may be taken and used on our website or social media.
If you do not wish for your image to be posted, it is your responsibility to notify us before or during the event.

🔐 Privacy
We respect your privacy. Customer information is used solely for processing orders and communication. We do not sell or share your personal information.
